Over the last month, five new independent businesses are opening, or are due to open in Knutsford. Princess Street will see the addition of Vermilion Art Gallery, owned by Manchester born, contemporary artist James Blinkhorn, and the return of Halstone Mobile phones . King Street saw Primavera Restaurant & Bar open with Sayed, the new owner, Glamorous, a womens' fashion shop, is due to open shortly near Pizza Express, the realisation of two local Knutsford women, Dionne Bradbury and Tracy Tiller and Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe -  a new sugar-laden box of delights right next door to Glamorous
